Bartender

About the role

Bartenders at Olive Garden in Spanish Fork, UT are responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring guest satisfaction through excellent service and beverage preparation.

Responsibilities

• Create and serve a variety of handcrafted cocktails and mocktails to guests.
• Ensure all beverage stations are stocked and ready for service.
• Sanitize and disinfect beverage serving areas and equipment regularly.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to manage drink orders and inventory.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales and tips.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance customer service and beverage knowledge.

Requirements

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of basic bar management and beverage service procedures.
• Experience with alcohol service and food handling regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
