About the role
Bartenders at Olive Garden in Spanish Fork, UT are responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring guest satisfaction through excellent service and beverage preparation.
Responsibilities
- Create and serve a variety of handcrafted cocktails and mocktails to guests.
- Ensure all beverage stations are stocked and ready for service.
- Sanitize and disinfect beverage serving areas and equipment regularly.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to manage drink orders and inventory.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales and tips.
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance customer service and beverage knowledge.
Requirements
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Knowledge of basic bar management and beverage service procedures.
- Experience with alcohol service and food handling regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
