Bartender

About the role

Bartenders at Olive Garden are essential to creating an authentic Italian dining experience. They must demonstrate genuine hospitality and deliver exceptional guest service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate genuine hospitality and deliver exceptional guest service.
• Master alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage recipes to meet and exceed guest expectations.
• Ensure various guest and team member touch points are regularly sanitized and disinfected.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and friendly environment for guests.

Requirements

• Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate restaurant needs.
• Knowledge of alcohol service laws and regulations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and coworkers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a fast-paced service-oriented environment preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.

Skills

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service procedures.
