Bartender

About the role

As a bartender at Olive Garden in Idaho Falls, ID, you will be responsible for creating handcrafted beverages that enhance the authentic Italian dining experience. This role requires a deep understanding of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage recipes to meet and exceed guest expectations.

Responsibilities

• Create and serve a variety of handcrafted cocktails and mocktails.
• Ensure all guest and team member touchpoints are regularly sanitized and disinfected.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and genuine hospitality.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the restaurant to ensure a safe environment for guests.

Requirements

• Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate the restaurant's schedule.
• Knowledge of alcohol service laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills for managing customer orders and reservations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a fast-paced service-oriented environment preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of mixed drinks and mocktails.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Attention to detail for sanitation and hygiene.
