About the role
Bartenders at Olive Garden are essential in creating an authentic Italian dining experience. They must demonstrate genuine hospitality and deliver exceptional guest service.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate genuine hospitality and deliver exceptional guest service.
- Master alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage recipes to meet and exceed guest expectations.
- Ensure various guest and team member touch points are regularly sanitized and disinfected.
Requirements
- Must be able to work flexible schedules to help balance other life commitments.
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation protocols.
Skills
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage recipes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
