Bartender

About the role

As a bartender at Olive Garden in Springfield, PA, you will be responsible for creating handcrafted beverages that enhance the authentic Italian dining experience. Your primary duties include mastering alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage recipes to meet and exceed guest expectations.

Responsibilities

• Create and serve a variety of handcrafted beverages to guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all guest and team member touch points.
• Deliver exceptional guest service through genuine hospitality.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of alcohol service laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
