Bartender

About the role

As a bartender at Olive Garden, you will be responsible for creating handcrafted beverages that enhance the authentic Italian dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate genuine hospitality and deliver exceptional guest service.
• Master alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage recipes to meet and exceed guest expectations.
• Ensure various guest and team member touch points are regularly sanitized and disinfected.

Requirements

• Must be able to work flexible schedules to accommodate varying shifts.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Skills

• Knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage recipes.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
