About the role

Bartenders at Olive Garden are integral to creating an authentic Italian dining experience. They are responsible for handcrafting beverages and delivering exceptional guest service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate genuine hospitality and deliver exceptional guest service.
• Master alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage recipes to meet and exceed guest expectations.
• Ensure various guest and team member touch points are regularly sanitized and disinfected.
• Balance other life commitments through flexible schedules.

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of alcohol service laws and regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle cash and credit card transactions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a food service or similar industry preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.

Skills

• Customer service skills.
• Knowledge of bar equipment and ingredients.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.

Pay

$3.63 per hour - $3.63 per hour plus tips.
