About the role

As a bartender at Olive Garden in Florence, AL, you will be responsible for creating handcrafted beverages that enhance the authentic Italian dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate genuine hospitality and deliver exceptional guest service.
• Master alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage recipes to meet and exceed guest expectations.
• Ensure various guest and team member touch points are regularly sanitized and disinfected.

Requirements

• Must be able to work flexible schedules to help balance other life commitments.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service protocols.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and coworkers.
