Bartender

About the role

As a bartender at Olive Garden in Minnetonka, MN, you will be responsible for creating handcrafted beverages and delivering exceptional guest service.

Responsibilities

• Create and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests.
• Ensure all guest and team member touchpoints are regularly sanitized and disinfected.
• Deliver exceptional guest service by demonstrating genuine hospitality.
• Maintain a clean and safe restaurant environment.

Requirements

• Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate the restaurant's schedule.
• Knowledge of alcohol service laws and regulations.
• Basic computer skills to access the Point of Sale system.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a fast-paced service-oriented environment preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.

Pay

$11.41 per hour - $20.00 per hour plus tips.
