Bartender

About the role

As a bartender at Olive Garden in Boise, Idaho, you will be responsible for creating handcrafted beverages that enhance the authentic Italian dining experience. Your primary duties include mastering alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage recipes to meet and exceed guest expectations.

Responsibilities

• Create and serve a variety of handcrafted cocktails and mocktails.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all barware and equipment.
• Ensure smooth and efficient service to guests.
• Handle cash transactions and manage inventory.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery.

Requirements

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of basic bar management systems.
• Experience in a fast-paced service environment preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of bartending experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
