Bartender

About the role

As a bartender at Olive Garden, Belmar, you will be responsible for creating handcrafted beverages that enhance the authentic Italian dining experience. Your primary duties include mastering alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage recipes, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining cleanliness in the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Create and serve a variety of handcrafted cocktails and mocktails.
• Ensure all guest and team member touchpoints are regularly sanitized and disinfected.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
• Maintain a clean and organized work station.

Requirements

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of basic bar management and beverage preparation techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid Colorado Driver’s License.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a fast-paced service environment preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Pay

$12.14 per hour - $12.14 per hour plus tips.
