Bartender

About the role

As a bartender at Olive Garden in Lawton, OK, you will be responsible for creating handcrafted beverages that enhance the authentic Italian dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Create and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all guest and team member touchpoints.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and genuine hospitality.
• Master and prepare a wide range of beverage recipes to meet and exceed guest expectations.

Requirements

• Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate restaurant needs.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service procedures and safety protocols.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle cash and credit card transactions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a fast-paced service environment preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
