Bartender

About the role

As a bartender at Olive Garden in Fargo, ND, you will be responsible for creating handcrafted beverages that enhance the authentic Italian dining experience. Your primary duties include mastering alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage recipes to meet and exceed guest expectations.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate genuine hospitality and deliver exceptional guest service.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all guest and team member touch points.
• Create and serve a variety of drinks to guests.
• Ensure smooth transitions between shifts and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.

Requirements

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of alcohol service laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a food service environment preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills.
• Knowledge of bar equipment and ingredients.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
