Bartender

About the role

As a bartender at Olive Garden in Norfolk, VA, you will be responsible for creating handcrafted beverages that enhance the authentic Italian dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate genuine hospitality and deliver exceptional guest service.
• Master alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage recipes to meet and exceed guest expectations.
• Ensure various guest and team member touch points are regularly sanitized and disinfected.

Requirements

• Must be able to work flexible schedules to help balance other life commitments.
• Accrued paid sick leave and paid family and medical leave after 1 year of service.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a food service environment preferred.
• Knowledge of alcohol service laws and regulations.

Pay

$2.13 per hour - $2.13 per hour plus tips.
