About the role

As a bartender at Olive Garden in Wilmington - Talleyville, DE, you will be responsible for creating handcrafted beverages that enhance the authentic Italian dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Create and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to meet and exceed guest expectations.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all guest and team member touch points to ensure a safe and friendly environment.
• Deliver exceptional guest service through genuine hospitality.
• Adhere to the highest safety and sanitation practices to protect both guests and team members.

Requirements

• Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate restaurant operations.
• Knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage recipes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and technologies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a fast-paced service-oriented environment is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required.
