About the role

Bailey’s Crossing – Falls Church, VA is seeking a dynamic and friendly bartender to join our welcoming team.

Responsibilities

- Serve handcrafted beverages to guests in a warm and hospitable manner. - Ensure all guest and team member touchpoints are regularly sanitized and disinfected. - Master alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage recipes to meet and exceed guest expectations. - Provide exceptional guest service and hospitality.

Requirements

- Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate the restaurant's schedule. - Must be at least 18 years old. - Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in a foodservice environment is preferred but not required. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay
