Bartender

About the role

As a bartender at Olive Garden in Independence, MO, you will be responsible for creating handcrafted beverages and delivering exceptional guest service.

Responsibilities

• Create and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to meet and exceed guest expectations.
• Ensure all guest and team member touch points are regularly sanitized and disinfected to maintain a safe and friendly environment.
• Demonstrate genuine hospitality and provide exceptional guest service.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of alcohol service laws and regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced service environment is preferred.
• Previous bartending experience is a plus.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment.

Skills

• Knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage recipes.
• Ability to handle cash and credit card transactions.
• Good hand-eye coordination for mixing drinks.
• Excellent customer service skills.
