Bartender

About the role

As a bartender at Olive Garden, Dayton, Ohio, you will be responsible for creating handcrafted beverages that enhance the authentic Italian dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate genuine hospitality and deliver exceptional guest service.
• Master alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage recipes to meet and exceed guest expectations.
• Ensure various guest and team member touch points are regularly sanitized and disinfected.
• Balance work-life commitments through flexible scheduling options.

Requirements

• Ability to work flexible hours.
• Knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage recipes.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
