Bartender

About the role

As a bartender at Olive Garden in Albuquerque, NM (Oxbow South), you will be responsible for creating handcrafted beverages that enhance the authentic Italian dining experience. Your primary duties include mastering alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage recipes to meet and exceed guest expectations.

Responsibilities

• Create and serve a variety of handcrafted cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages.
• Ensure all guest and team member touchpoints are regularly sanitized and disinfected.
• Deliver exceptional guest service by demonstrating genuine hospitality.
• Maintain a clean and inviting restaurant environment.
• Adhere to the highest safety and sanitation practices.

Requirements

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage recipes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if applicable).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a foodservice or hospitality setting preferred.
• Valid food handler certification.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).
