Bartender

About the role

As a bartender at Olive Garden in Auburn, ME, you will be responsible for creating handcrafted beverages that enhance the authentic Italian dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate genuine hospitality and deliver exceptional guest service.
• Master alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage recipes to meet and exceed guest expectations.
• Ensure various guest and team member touch points are regularly sanitized and disinfected.
• Balance work responsibilities with personal life commitments through flexible scheduling options.

Requirements

• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service operations.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience in a food service or similar industry.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
