Bartender

About the role

Join the resort as a Bartender at one of our mountain operations. If you enjoy building cocktails and serving fantastic wines and cold beer, this is the job for you. By joining the team, you will develop new and varied skills in a dynamic work environment. Responsibilities

• Make connections with guests and co-workers
• Share our passion for the mountains during service
• Follow the leaderships guidelines as outlined during the daily pre-shift meeting
• Create hot and cold beverages to specifications
• Prepare bar for successful operation throughout the shift
• Maintain a clean and tidy workstation throughout and at the end of the workday
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• We will teach you all necessary skills to be able to execute your job safely, no formal experience is needed
• Desire to learn and grow
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time, to bend, lift and carry objects up to 40lbs
• At least 18 years of age

Pay

• Starting wage: $7.21/hr – $9.77/hr
• If hired into a tipped position, guaranteed to make a minimum of $20/hour, inclusive of tips

• Employment type: Winter Seasonal 2026/2027
• Shift type: Full Time and Part Time hours available
