Responsibilities
- Deliver memorable dining experiences for guests while crafting delicious beverages.
- Promote and craft drinks utilizing suggestive selling skills to maximize revenues.
- Set up bar and back bar according to established procedures.
- Monitor guest behavior and alcohol consumption to determine when alcohol service should cease.
- Verify liquor inventory and complete all requisition requirements and stock.
Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience preferred.
- Strong oral communication and interpersonal skills.
- Motivated to maintain an excellent customer service reputation.
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
