Bellini at Mr. C Coconut Grove is seeking a Bartender to join our exceptional team. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality and enjoys providing excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service
• Handle guest and employee complaints efficiently
• Ensure adherence to hotel and company rules
• Prepare and serve drinks according to established recipes
• Stock and prepare the bar for operations
• Communicate with management and other staff to address customer needs
• Work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Attend and contribute to training sessions and meetings

Requirements

• Minimum two years of serving experience
• Self-motivated and driven to upsell
• Basic computer skills and experience with a POS system
• Fluent in English, multilingual skills a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various environments

Qualifications

• Completion of mixology, barkeeping, or related training
• Knowledge of spirits, wine, and beer
• Excellent customer service skills
• Basic computer skills and experience with a POS system
