• Working knowledge of beer, wine, liquor, and common drink recipes
• Respectful of all guests, managers, team members, and vendors
• Recognize common signs of intoxication and know how to address the situation following Genghis Grill standards
• Maintain all required state and local food and alcohol certifications
• Able to work a variety of shifts including weekends and holidays

Physical Requirements

• Able to lift/carry up to 50 lb.
• Constant walking, standing, stooping, and reaching in any direction
• Manual dexterity

Verbal and Reasoning Requirements

• Able to speak clearly and listen attentively to co-workers and managers
• Able to engage in a two-way conversation with the customer on the floor
• Able to read and/or follow verbal instructions and implement the same
• Able to apply common sense and understanding to carry out oral and/or written instructions
