Job Summary
Bring us your best. Mix alcoholic drinks according to the Margaritaville recipe standard. Interact with beverage servers and guests in a friendly and enthusiastic manner. Ring all drinks into the POS system, check liquor cabinets and cooler for stock levels, and accurately fill out par lists for supervisors. Keep the bar and surrounding work area clean and organized.
Responsibilities
- Mix alcoholic drinks according to the Margaritaville recipe standard
- Interact with beverage servers and guests in a friendly and enthusiastic manner
- Ring all drinks into the POS system
- Check liquor cabinets and cooler for stock levels
- Accurately fill out par lists for supervisors' input
- Keep the bar and surrounding work area clean and organized
- Act as an ambassador to the Resort in your engaging and gregarious personality
- Interact with employees and guests in a professional and consistent manner to solicit feedback on operations and service delivery
- Complete related job duties assigned by Supervisor
- Ensure that the outlet is maintained and clean during all periods of operation
Requirements
- One to three years as a bartender in a high volume environment, preferably in a casino environment
Qualifications
Sanitation Certified, TIPS Training
Skills
- Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner
- Ability to calculate figures, amounts, discounts, percentages, and apply to practical situations
- Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out written or oral instructions
- Ability to deal with problems with multiple variables
