About the role

We seek a craftsman who knows and appreciates the art of the cocktail for Hank's Seafood, our concept that brings the finest low-country seafood experience to Columbus. This individual is knowledgeable about mixology and capable of mixing traditional drinks as well as crafting creative libations. They increase customer retention and loyalty by mixing and serving quality cocktails with impeccable customer service and a smiling face.

Responsibilities

• Authentically acknowledge and welcome guests with emphatic and warm hospitality
• Remain curious and knowledgeable about all product and service standards to elevate each guest experience
• Remain efficient, clean, and organized; always working to code while multitasking
• Remain mindful of appropriate verbiage and demeanor with team members and guests at all times
• Ensure responsible alcohol service is a top priority

Requirements

• Prior experience as a bartender is required
• Extensive knowledge of cocktail recipes and wine pairing options required
• A proactive and thoughtful nature
• Professional demeanor
