Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests and provide outstanding hospitality and customer service
- Prepare and serve drinks
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
- Empty trash and maintain kitchen and guest areas in a clean, organized, and safe condition
- Aid co-workers and collaborate with other hotel departments as needed
- Provide guests with information about hotel amenities and local attractions
- Respond professionally to guest requests or complaints
- Represent MCHG positively in the community
Qualifications
- Friendly, service-oriented, and dependable
- Prior experience in food service, hospitality, or guest services preferred but not required
- Able to follow safety, cleanliness, and food handling standards
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical tasks
- Able to work mornings, weekends, and holidays
