The Role Greet guests warmly as they arrive and provide a welcoming, positive first impressionVerify guests’ age and identification in compliance with ABC regulationsMix traditional and creative cocktails while maintaining quality and consistencyEngage with guests throughout their visit to ensure a memorable experience and build lasting relationshipsAnticipate guest needs, suggest drinks or pairings based on preferences, and personalize service whenever possibleOpen and maintain tabs, process payments, and manage guest interactions professionallyEnsure kegs are functioning; restock liquor and keep liquor rooms and beer coolers clean and organizedComplete opening and closing side work to ensure the bar is fully stocked, clean, and prepared for serviceMaintain all safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards in accordance with Health Department and restaurant guidelines Requirements And Skills Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. Applicants must be 21 years of age or olderMinimum of 3 years bartending experienceMust have or be able to obtain ABC Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) and California Food Handler CertificationAble to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentExceptional interpersonal skills with a guest-first mindsetAbility to create rapport, make recommendations, and foster regularsKnowledge of craft cocktails, spirits, and craft beersStrong organization, multitasking, and problem-solving abilitiesCalm, friendly, and professional under pressure Environment Fast-paced, team-focused restaurant and bar environmentOpportunities to develop mixology skills, hospitality expertise, and grow within the organizationA culture centered on respect, collaboration, and creating memorable guest experiences Complete our short application today!
