Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers and patrons
- Prepare beverages/alcoholic beverages and snacks for paying customers
- Ensure your workstation is always clean and presentable
- Effectively and accurately work with the Revel tablet
- These duties may change as Lyric's leadership identifies the need at any time
Knowledge and Skills
- Must have a Bassett Card and Bartending experience
- Candidates must have excellent customer service experience at all times
- Must be comfortable with touchscreen tablet usage and will be trained on the SalesVu system
- Must be punctual and responsible
Work Conditions
- Required to work all matinee, evening, and weekend performances of the season and postseason
- Physical requirements include climbing stairs, standing for long periods, and light lifting
Compensation
- Job Classification: Part-Time, Non-Exempt, Seasonal
- Salary is $13.99/hour plus tips
