Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Receives tipped income each shift
- Comply with all food, beverage, and Responsible Vendor safe alcohol management regulations
- Determine guest drink and food (if applicable) order
- Serve bottled and draft beer, pour wine and other beverages
- Maintain proper stock levels of supplies
- Complete cleaning tasks throughout shift
