Bartender

We are looking for a creative bartender to join our talented team at Pardos. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure an excellent customer experience by preparing and serving drinks, interacting with patrons, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities

• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant patrons.
• Interact with customers, take their orders, and serve drinks.
• Assess customers' needs and preferences to make personalized recommendations.
• Mix ingredients to create cocktails.
• Present the bar menu to guests.
• Check customers' identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age.
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies as needed.
• Maintain a guest-focused approach to ensure an excellent experience for all patrons.
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations.

Requirements

• Valid Louisiana Responsible Vendor License.
• Prior bartending experience preferred.
• Thorough understanding of mixing techniques, garnishing methods, and serving practices.
• Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and other relevant software for processing transactions and managing inventory.
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills for interacting effectively with customers and team members.
• Ability to maintain an organized, well-stocked, and clean bar area, including regular inventory checks and compliance with health and safety standards.
