Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily bar operations and enhancing the performance of The Goat bar within the assigned area.
• Coordinate front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house teams.
• Address customer needs and ensure quality service while maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Maintain inventory of liquor, mixers, garnishes, and bar tools at the assigned work area.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• ServSafe certification from a nationally recognized organization required.
• TABC Certification where applicable.
• Minimum of two (2) years of previous bartending experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Physical demands include long periods of standing and walking throughout the dining room, kitchen, and service areas; handling food and beverage objects; reaching and extending with hands and arms; talking and hearing; occasional climbing, balancing, stooping, crouching, and crawling; vision abilities required: close vision, distance vision, and ability to focus.
• Work environment: restaurant setting including kitchen area; position based in Nashville, TN, Brier Creek, NC, Pflugerville, TX, or Columbus, OH with occasional travel to local and out‑of‑state markets.
