Bartender

Key Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional service to all guests while creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards and applicable laws.
• Verify guest identification and ensure responsible alcohol service.
• Demonstrate knowledge of beverage menus, including beer, wine, spirits, and specialty cocktails.
• Process orders accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Maintain bar cleanliness, organization, and inventory throughout shifts.
• Restock liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, and supplies as needed.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns promptly and professionally.
• Follow all cash handling, credit card, and opening/closing procedures.
• Absorb assistance with food service when needed and collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Comply with all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Support special events, tournaments, banquets, and other golf course activities as needed.

Requirements & Experience

• Must be at least 18 years of age (or older if required by state or local regulations).
• Previous bartending, restaurant, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of alcoholic beverages, cocktail preparation, and responsible alcohol service practices.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Must be dependable, professional, and team-oriented.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, tournaments, and special events.
• Ability to obtain any required alcohol service certifications.
