Bartender

Responsibilities

• Take care of guests efficiently and courteously.
• Accurately take orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Keep the bar area clean and appropriately stocked.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations regarding alcohol and food service.
• Assist with food preparation and service.
• Support a friendly, guest‑service‑oriented atmosphere with teammates and guests.
• Contribute to all aspects of business operations by consistently providing unsurpassed guest service.
• Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to the team.
• Display and cultivate passion for the company, film, and beverage communities.

Qualifications, Skills & Abilities

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional guest service.
• Professional and courteous communication skills.
• Strong cash‑handling abilities.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Cultural and environmental compatibility with the theatre and bar, sharing enthusiasm for food, beverage, cinema, and the company.
• Flexibility to meet required availability.
• Prior bartending experience (required).

Pay

Salary Range: $14 USD per hour.
