Bartender

Part-time, onsite bartender position with Lancer Hospitality at City House in Saint Paul, Minnesota.

About the role

Mix and serve a variety of beverages and perform meal service for a diverse clientele. Enjoy a weekly paycheck, flexible schedule, and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Follow standard recipes to mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests at the service bar.
• Set up and break down all front-of-house and back-of-house bars and beverage stations.
• Perform food service as needed.
• Provide customer service, including describing and recommending menu items.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to memorize and describe a variety of recipes, especially for mixed beverages.
• A valid state bartending license.

Qualifications

• Prior bartending experience (nice-to-have).

Pay

$16–$17 per hour + tips.
