Bartender

Responsibilities

• Verify patrons' legal drinking age using identification.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
• Enter orders into bar POS, collect payments, and balance cash drawer.
• Maintain cleanliness and grooming of the bar area.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Able to lift and move more than 30 lbs occasionally, and more than 75 lbs as needed.
• Able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate business needs.
• Composed, gracious, and professional demeanor.
• Ability to handle criticism and work under pressure.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Must be at least 18 years old to serve alcohol.
• Previous beverage service experience preferred.
• Detail-oriented with ability to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Ability to obtain necessary certifications and licenses.
