About the role

The Bartender position serves guests enthusiastically, suggests menu items, serves food and craft cocktails, rings up and collects payment for menu items, and ensures all guests receive great food and service.

Physical Requirements

• Standing and walking 100% of the time
• Lifting up to 20 pounds to shoulder level
• Carrying up to 30 pounds for short distances
• Standing up to eight hours or longer if needed
• Bending and reaching from under the counter (5 inches above the ground) to 6 feet above the ground with at least one arm
• Climbing ladders or step stools
• Dexterity required for handling food items and dishes
• Effective communication skills to deal with public
