Intown Golf Club is the premier private social club and lifestyle brand for people who appreciate the game of golf. We are seeking a bright mixologist who is always on the lookout for new beverage trends. As a bartender, you will take pride in offering our guests a diverse and seasonally-inspired beverage menu, warm conversation, and helpful suggestions. When you shine, our guests will look forward to relaxing with you after a long day at the office.

Responsibilities

• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages
• Interact with customers, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks
• Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
• Plan and present bar menu
• Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Stay guest-focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in bartending
• Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean
• Ability to walk, stand, and carry heavy trays
• A friendly, attentive attitude
• Knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and food
• Must be the minimum age to serve alcohol
• A passion for providing customers with high-quality service
• Compliance with all local, state, and federal liquor laws
• Willingness to work at peak hours, which may include evenings, holidays, and weekends
