About the role

Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards and recipes
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and bar equipment
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, restocking supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and alcohol regulations
- Handle cash transactions accurately and balance cash register at the end of shifts
- Stay informed about new drink recipes, trends, and promotions to enhance guest experience
Requirements
- Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Valid bartending license or certification as per local regulations (if applicable)
