Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly, and accurate beverage service to guests and servers
• Mix and pour drinks according to company recipes and portion standards
• Accurately ring in sales and process guest payments, including room charges
• Maintain a clean and organized bar in compliance with health and safety regulations
• Collaborate with servers and other food & beverage staff to ensure smooth service
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Food & Beverage Director

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum one (1) year of bartender experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to learn and accurately complete required paperwork
• Thorough familiarity with all types of drinks
• Friendly, courteous, and outgoing personality
