About the role

We are seeking a Bartender to join our team at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Sioux City.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking supplies and inventory management.
• Engage with guests to create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and responsibly.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and state regulations regarding alcohol service.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

Requirements

• Previous bartending experience in a high-volume environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, beer, wine, and spirits.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be at least 21 years of age and able to obtain any required state certifications.

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Must be able to work in areas with moderate noise levels.
