Key Accountabilities
- Be responsible for effective execution of the operation, whilst ensuring consistent presentation and guest satisfaction in a lively restaurant and bar, interacting with guests and making each visit a memorable one!
- Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks accurately and efficiently.
- Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of the drink menu, including recipes, ingredients, and preparation methods.
- Offering recommendations based on guests' preferences and making informed suggestions about food and drink pairings.
- Greeting guests warmly and providing excellent customer service, creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere.
- Managing inventory, restocking supplies, and ensuring popular items are always available.
