Bartender

Deliver extraordinary experiences to guests with positive, courteous, and professional service. As a Bartender, you will seek to understand guest needs while preparing perfect beverages per spec in a timely manner. This role requires quick thinking and an engaging attitude.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver positive, courteous, and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors, and fellow employees
• Discover guest needs and suggest beverages to enhance their experience and meet sales goals
• Master all aspects of the bar to promote a well-run shift through proper preparation
• Maintain par levels of all stock and supplies, including garnishes, beer, wine, liquor, and barware
• Keep an accurate count of all money and comps received for guests and follow cash handling policies

Requirements

• 6 months of bartending experience
• Record of delivering exceptional guest experience
• Effective communication skills
• Appropriate professional appearance and demeanor
• Must be available for various shifts including early morning, late nights, weekends, holidays, and long hours
• Team player with a guest-first attitude
• Minimum age of 21 years old

Pay

USD $12.14 - USD $12.14 per hour (tipped position)
