Bartender

Responsibilities

• Completes all set-up duties on time
• Maintains a high standard of cleanliness in MPGE bar areas
• Serves guests and servers according to established policies
• Ensures excellent guest experiences are maintained at all times

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Minimum of one (1) year in high-volume bartending or a bartending certification with six (6) months of customer service experience
• TIPS or SMART certification and ServSafe, Sanitation and Safety certifications required
• Pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor at all times
• Extensive understanding of spirits, wine, beer, garnishes, glassware and beverage service techniques
• Regularly required to lift/carry/pull/push weights over 50 pounds
• Required to work during weekends, holidays and peak business periods
