Bartender

About the role

Your role is to create a fun and friendly experience for guests by preparing and serving drinks, monitoring inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. You'll work closely with a team to ensure our guests enjoy every moment, making each interaction enjoyable and professional.

Responsibilities

• Start your shift with a team check-in, reviewing daily specials and team goals.
• Throughout your shift, prepare drinks, check guest IDs, and monitor alcohol consumption to ensure guest safety.
• When less busy, restock and ensure the bar is ready for the next rush.
• Before clocking out, check in with your manager to make sure everything is set for the next team member.

Requirements

• Bartender experience
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and works well with others
• Has a personable and professional demeanor
• Provides outstanding guest experiences through exceptional service
• Fulfills recipes, follows safety regulations, and adheres to alcohol laws
• Maintains TIPS certification or Title 4 certification as required
• Must meet the state minimum age to serve alcohol
