Bartender
Job Description
The Bartender provides our guests with fun, efficient and excellent service. Assist guests with ordering food and beverages at the bar or cocktail table. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Greet all guests as they enter the bar area
- Take orders and properly ring in sales using a POS station and/or handheld POS device
- Know the full restaurant and bar menu, make thoughtful menu suggestions
- Knowledgeable of upcoming movies, advanced ticket sales and all promotions
- Check back with guests to ensure satisfaction with their order and service
- Deliver food and drinks to tables, bus tables
- Follow all food and alcohol safety guidelines
- Maintain a clean, safe and clutter free environment
- Clean glasses, utensils and bar equipment
- Maintain cleanliness of all common areas, including but not limited to, lobby, restrooms, countertops, hallways, trash receptacles, game room, bowling lanes, self-service stations
- Complete all opening, closing and side-work duties
- Other miscellaneous duties as assigned by management

Education + Experience + Requirements
Requirements include but are not limited to:
- HS Diploma or GED certificate preferred
- Must be at least 18 years of age / 21 years of age in OK, VA and NC
- Food Handler and state alcohol certificate required
- Previous high volume bartending experience preferred
- Availability to work during holidays, nights, and weekends with increased hours during peak times
Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods of standing, walking, climbing stairs
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times
