Bartender

Description Position Overview Edina Country Club is now hiring Bartenders to support our Dining Room and Pub venues. This position is ideal for hospitality professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy member interaction, and take pride in delivering high-quality beverage service. Bartenders are primarily responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while creating a welcoming, friendly, and efficient bar experience for members and guests. This role also supports overall service by collaborating closely with servers and maintaining a clean, organized bar area. Availability for evening shifts and mandatory weekend shifts is required. Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with recipes and standards.Engage with members and guests to provide a welcoming and personalized bar experience.Maintain knowledge of beverage menus, including cocktails, beer, wine, and specials.Ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with all state and local liquor laws.Accurately process orders and handle transactions as needed.Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper stocking of the bar area.Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate service.Monitor guest experience and anticipate needs in a fast-paced environment.May be required to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as reaching, bending, stooping, kneeling, or lifting Other duties as assigned.
