About the Restaurant

Catalina Kitchen + Bar is an elevated neighborhood restaurant featuring modern American cuisine and professional service in a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. Our scratch kitchen will feature a beautiful raw bar, house-made pasta, fresh fish, and meat shipped directly from our Chicago butcher. We offer an extensive wine list, local craft beer, and a unique cocktail program. We are open Monday through Sunday for lunch and dinner including brunch on Saturdays and Sundays. We are looking for energetic, team-oriented individuals to help create an exceptional guest experience in a fun, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes guests in the bar, serves guests and exceeds expectations with respect to food, beverage and service quality. Ensures the proper handling of Company funds in accordance with established policy and procedures, and complies with all federal, state, local and Company requirements with respect to safe, lawful alcohol beverage service.
• Greets guests, obtains orders and prepares all alcoholic beverages in compliance with all federal, state, local and Company requirements.
• Follows all Company procedures relative to guest age verification.
• Has a thorough understand of food and drink offerings, including specials, LTO’s, promotions, etc., and suggestively sells and answers relevant questions to assist guests in their selections.
