Bartender

The Bartender at Maverick Golf and Ranch Club is responsible for providing exceptional service and overseeing the bar area. Key responsibilities include:

1. Working with culinary and F&B leaders to maintain high culinary standards.
2. Providing outstanding service and communication to members and guests.
3. Greeting guests and anticipating their needs to enhance their experience.
4. Preparing and serving beverages accurately and efficiently, including craft cocktails.
5. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area, and adhering to food safety standards.
6. Completing daily stocking and opening/closing procedures, monitoring expiration dates, and handling other duties as assigned.

Qualifications include:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of bartending experience, preferably in a fast-paced, high-end establishment.
• Knowledge of local food safety standards and ability to obtain a State Food Safety Certificate.
• Extensive knowledge of wines and beverages.
• Extraordinary attention to detail, quality, and service.

Additional requirements:

• Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Able to communicate effectively in English, with additional languages preferred.
