Bartender
About the role
As a Bartender, you help create a welcoming and energetic experience for guests at the bar and in your assigned section. You take food and beverage orders, provide attentive and personalized service, and help ensure every guest feels taken care of from the moment they sit down. Bartenders prepare all alcoholic beverages for guests throughout the restaurant while maintaining a clean, organized bar area. You’ll also support the team by assisting with runner and busser duties when needed, helping service flow smoothly during busy shifts. With a strong focus on hospitality, teamwork, and attention to detail, you play an important role in delivering the Din Tai Fung guest experience.

Requirements
- Bartending experience required
- Flexible work schedule
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Positive and professional attitude
- Must be 18 years of age or older and able to provide documentation to work in the United States legally

$21.30/hour + estimated $34.50 – $39.00/hr in tips
